Col. Stuart M. Rubio assumed command of the 403rd Wing at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., June 5, 2021. He will lead 1,900 Reserve Citizen Airmen and civilian professionals who train, equip, and employ airlift forces in support of the nation’s interests.
