Airmen and families from the 913th Airlift Group spend the last few minutes of quality time before deploying to Southwest Asia to support current overseas contingency operations. This is the first deployment for the Reserve 913th Airlift Group. The group will provide combat airlift to Operations Resolute Support and Freedom’s Sentinel, and will be the primary inter-theater airlift support transporting people and supplies.
