932nd Airlift Wing and 349th train together
The 349th Air Mobility Wing provided a C-17A Globemaster to move 932nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron members during an off station trainer flight. This gave both the C-17 aircrews and local aeromedical personnel a chance to work together while in the air, perfecting their medical skills training. Upon return arrival at Scott Air Force Base on March 14, 2017, the small "patient" is carried carefully off the plane by 932nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron staff. The simulated baby seen here, plays the part of a "patient" during the recent scenario to increase cooperation between air and ground staff, who helped to off load her from the visiting C-17. The 349th Air Mobility Wing, located at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., is the largest associate wing in the U.S. Air Force Reserve Command. (U.S. Air Force photo by Lt. Col. Stan Paregien)
