On April 4, Capt. William Palmer, 413th Aeromedical Staging Squadron nurse practitioner, got a call informing him that he’d be mobilizing to support COVID-19 response efforts in New York City. In this video, Palmer chats with Jamal Sutter, 413th Flight Test Group public affairs specialist, about what it was like leading up to his departure and what it’s been like since arriving to the city.
