GET1Now competition Published March 8, 2015 By Maj. Gen. Stayce Harris 22nd Air Force commander DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- A trophy and bragging rights go to the 22nd Air Force direct report organization who wins the Get1Now referral competition; but the real spoils of victory come in the form of new Citizen Airmen filling our vacancies. The aim of the competition, which runs March 1 through September 15, is to generate awareness and interest in the Get1Now program, which for years has been the Reserve’s most effective program at identifying future service members. In fact, individuals referred to a recruiter through the Get1Now program are nearly ten times as likely to join as those who contact a recruiter in response to other programs.Game on!As always, thank you for your outstanding leadership and most importantly for taking great care of our Airmen and their families!
