All Aboard!
A loadmaster guides an M-1 Abrams tank into the C-5M Super Galaxy stationed at Dover Air Force Base, Del. The C-5M is capable of hauling two M-1 Abrams tanks to forward deployed location without requiring aerial refueling or en route stops. The C-5M recently flew the first-ever polar overflight mission for the Air Force, flying direct from Dover to Afghanistan. (U.S. Air Force photo by Lt. Col. Chad E. Gibson)
