22nd Air Force commander visits Dover
Col. Karl Schmitkons, 512th Operations Group commander, and Lt. Col. Mike Semo, C-5M Program Office chief, escort Maj. Gen. James T. Rubeor, 22nd Air Force commander, and his wife Michele, into the 512th OG. General Rubeor and his wife visited Dover Air Force Base, Del., Nov. 5-8. The 512th Airlift Wing is a subordinate unit of 22nd Air Force. General Rubeor visited the wing as part of the general?s commitment to visit all 22nd AF units to ensure Airmen have the necessary equipment, training and facilities needed to accomplish the mission.
