14th Air Support Operations Squadron member heads JROTC Land Nav course
Senior Airman Dominic Franco, a member of the 14th Air Support Operations Squadron at Pope Army Airfield, N.C., guides Air Force Junior ROTC cadets on basic land navigation during a summer AFJROTC leadership camp hosted at Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, N.C. Over 200 cadets from high schools across the state participated in rappelling, pool scuba diving, and other team building exercises at the seven-day camp. Franco volunteered to represent the Air Force and the 14th ASOS, which integrates airpower in support of Fort Bragg's 82nd Airborne Division and performs day and night parachute and helicopter assaults.
