Master resilience trainers enhance wellness
Kevin Waterhouse, Chief Master Sgt. Monte Snyder, and Master Sgt. Chastity Roush are master resiliency trainers for the 403rd Wing, an Air Force Reserve unit at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. They assist with teaching first term Airmen in nine areas that enhance resilience, one of the core tenets of the Air Force’s Comprehensive Airman Fitness, which encompasses creating Airmen with solid mental, physical, social and spiritual well-being.
