U.S. Reserve Citizen Airmen with medical experience offload from a C-17 Globemaster III with the 911th Airlift Wing at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., on their way to support the residents of New York City in the fight against COVID-19, April 5, 2020. This deployment is part of a larger mobilization package of more than 120 doctors, nurses and respiratory technicians that Air Force Reserve units across the nation provided over the past forty-eight hours in support of COVID-19 response to take care of Americans.
