Tech. Sgt. William Pierce, 403rd Maintenance Squadron fuel systems specialist, lowers firefighters Colby Fairfax and David Cleland, 81st Civil Engineering Squadron, and 'Rescue Randy' from the wing of a C-130J Super Hercules to the ground for transport to a waiting ambulance during a confined space extraction exercise Sept. 30 at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss.
