Flying Jennies provide airlift, airdrop during Voyager Shield

Christopher Townsley, loadmaster for the 815th Airlift Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., tightens chains to secure a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle onto a C-130J Super Hercules during Voyager Shield, an exercise hosted by the 621st Air Mobility Advisory Group at the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk, La., May, 25, 2021. The joint forces exercise, Voyager Shield, consisted of the 621st AMAG, the Army JRTC and Fort Polk and the Air Force Reserve from the 403rd Wing, took place from May 25-27 and for the 815th AS required tactical training consisted of loading and offloading of rolling cargo and personnel air drops.
