Hexa military training
Maj. Victoria Snow, 413th Flight Test Squadron, controls a HEXA aircraft via remote control as Jace McCown, a Lift team member, observes during the first military-controlled flight at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., Nov. 16. The HEXA, an electric, vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, used 18 motors and propellors to fly for approximately 10 minutes and reached a height of about 50 feet.
